I’ll review your submission to ensure your project is a good fit and that I have the capacity to take it on. If everything aligns, I’ll reach out to schedule your onboarding call.

During your onboarding call, we’ll:

- Review your goals and vision for your website and/or automations

- Discuss your timeline and expectations

- Get access to your domain and any existing materials

- Set up billing for your invoice and monthly subscription

At this point, a $1,000 deposit will be due to secure your project and begin the build process.

I’ll begin by building your homepage (if applicable) and send it to you for review. This helps us lock in the design direction before continuing with additional pages.

Once your homepage is approved, I’ll build the rest of your pages one at a time, sending each for review along the way.

Each page includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that will be billed at $47/hour.

If your package includes automations, I’ll send you email templates, sequence structures, and setup plans for review. Once approved, I’ll build and test everything to make sure your systems work seamlessly.

When all pages and automations are complete, I’ll send a final version for you to review. This is where we’ll make any small last-minute tweaks before going live.

I’ll publish your new website to your domain and officially launch your site!

After we go live, your remaining balance will be due. From there, your monthly subscription will begin, which includes 3 hours of support per month for ongoing edits, updates, or questions.
